I for one like the fact that this time around management has some skin in this game & actually bought some shares …..UNLIKE during Thrace.

Anyone who's actually done business globally, VS being an engineer expat, knows that with a startup like VLE, especially in Asia, in one market only, you need to have the close personal relations daily with operations or they steal and even if present its a challenge. Plus you need to build trust with locals and locals with foreighners.
We just at 12% for theft and corruption if dont have internal trusted people incountry who speak the language, which VLE does not have.
Theft and corruption is probably why their opcost and capex costs are higher than expected in the Ms and why they had the emergency $20M fund raise dikuting SH 20% just weeks after "non dilutive" statements.
