RE:Re.. Anonymous Bank sells everything.Unless you spoke directly with those trading you cannot say for sure why they are selling or why they are buying. 

Both buying and selling are part of short position trades with buying be non-negotiable, it is a requirement.

I would also caution taking anything at face value from a forum when there is no link provided to access the source data
