My take at this point

My take at this point
-the market has given 0 interest from the news of the merger based purely on volumes and news media (non automated)

-Gilles controls both companies by a matter that I can only assume is related to his connections in the industry as I don't see any other possible reason why Gilles performance could be rewarded by investors to justify his promotions

-the ownership of both the companies and their governance really does not help. From what I understand its all small fragmented retail investors with no power and limited access to the directors

-timing, well timing when your burning cash but everything takes a long time to develop is the biggest issue that I see now for next year ...

End
Q1, merger, bad financials announced Q4 23 and Q1 24.
Then we see how both plants of CZO are doing ...

This is probably what the market is pricing on the stocks atm

Most shareholders must be so negative on their investments in both companies that all you can do is wait it out more.
