C3 Metals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on discovery and development of copper and gold deposits. The Company's projects are located in Jamaica and Peru. In Peru, its Jasperoide Project covers approximately 30,000 hectares, which is located in the prolific high-grade Andahuaylas-Yauri Porphyry-Skarn belt of Southern Peru. At Jasperoide, the Company has identified over 15 skarn prospects and an outcropping porphyry system over two parallel 28 km belts. In Jamaica, the Company's projects include Bellas Gate, Arthurs Seat, Super Block and Hungry Gully. The Company is exploring in Jamaica where it has identified 16 porphyry, 40 epithermal and multiple volcanic redbed copper prospects over a 30 km strike extent. The Company holds a 100% interest in 17,855 hectares of exploration licenses and a 50% interest in 9,870 hectares in a joint venture with Geophsyx Jamaica Ltd. It also holds a 2% net smelter return royalty on Cascade Copper Corp.'s Rogers Creek project.

They are rushing through with the 13 to 1 share consolidation. No mention about what happens to the 45 million insensitive stock options insiders have pocketed for themselves over the years.  Carube in all of its manifistations (Carube Resources, Carupe Copper and now Ce) have been at it in Jamaica now for at least 10 years and havent put together a resource assessment of any kind. Whats up with that?
