Allow me to amend; this is from LandL:

First, they need to issue the CoR.
Let's see how long it takes them to complete that formality. Hopefully before Xmas?
Then next big step is the issuance of the exploitation field license. Serbian law states a 60-day process but most probably sometime in late Q1 2024 (if their past (in)actions are any indication).
