RE:Ucore's Xmas present to investersThere's no point commissioning a plant after you finished using it. Commissioning, meaning COMPLETION, should be done before "runs for record" trials are performed. Commissioning should mean that the plant is ready to be used for its intended purpose, which in the case of the demo plant, is to perform demo runs.

That the commissioning has not been completed roughly a year after it started, and the CEO doesn't even mention anything about it anymore, does not imbue me with confidence that everything's going swimmingly in Kingston.
