STRATEGIC REVIEWWith unit price still in the dumpster there's no doubt there trying to unlock a massive transaction. The question is can they? I dont see why healthcare assets cant still trade for around a 6% cap rate.  They us a 5.8% or something average for their NAV, even a small discount selling would be very accretitive if they pay down debt and run a NCIB
