"Financing for exploration, Kipushi and Platreef. In our opinion, the proceeds from
this financing will support the aggressive 2024 exploration program ($90mm) but also
drive the completion of Kipushi, as well as fast-tracking the acceleration of the Platreef
Shaft 2 and converting ventilation shaft 1 to ore haulage. We understand the Kamoa
Phase 3 mine/plant/smelter/hydro construction remains largely self financed from
