Pembina Pipeline Corp is a Canada-based energy transportation and midstream service provider. The Company owns pipelines that transport hydrocarbon liquids and natural gas products produced primarily in Western Canada. It also owns gas gathering and processing facilities and an oil and natural gas liquids infrastructure and logistics business. It operates through three segments: Pipelines, Facilities and Marketing & New Ventures. The Pipelines segment provides customers with pipeline transportation, terminalling, and storage in key market hubs in Canada and the United States for crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids and natural gas. The Facilities segment includes infrastructure that provides Pembina's customers with natural gas, condensate and natural gas liquid (NGL) services. The Marketing & New Ventures segment undertakes value-added commodity marketing activities including buying and selling products, commodity arbitrage, and optimizing storage opportunities.

What happens to the sunscription receipts after today? It says that they can be traded as PPL.PR. Will they have to wait until the closing of their acquisition to become common shares? Or will I have them as common shares after today (settlement of subscription receipts)?
