Main ewaste recyclers in canada are located in ontario major center, where they offer decent scrap prices (still not comparable to the US). Due to high of shipping cost, most ewaste are not captured from other provinces because it's cheaper to dump it than to ship them to ontario. Also ewaste collection in canada is run by gov't, they don't pay for scrap, and locals don't bother to collect scrap for recycling, so only the big corps can afford to ship them to ontario.
