You were temporarily banned because you were flagged. You were probably flagged for your attempt to spread Fear, Uncaertanty and Doubt by attempting to suggest that a guilty verdict for fraud against someone in the US was relavent to the PYR/Pascali/AMF case. A different case, in a different country with different circumstances and different administrative authorities.
