RE:RE:Stock certificates deliveredIt was ordered by the court. This is very important as it allows those physical shares of Citgo, now in possession of the Special Master, to be sold.

This effects every company who is legally owed money from Venezuela.  Once these shares are sold, those proceeds will be used to pay Crystallex, GRZ and the others.
