RE:RE:RE:Info circ mailoutManagement is passing blame, they took actions to kill the share price to name a few:

1)Suspend dividend 
2)Say PNG is the future sell the Canadian business and then revert to say the future is not clear due to roads being built. 
3)prepare to privatize the company with no clear benefit 
4) then now trying to devalue assets to support their claims

I can go on but its a waste of my time.
