RE:RE:RE:6 Business Days To PAY OFF Promissory Loan DUE 12/31/2023This is a rather strange thing. The second quarter is where the funding was talked about possibly rebrought up from before. In that second quarter reporting crin wasn't mentioned by name but it was stated as non dilutive funding for between January 2022 and March 31 2024 of expenses incurred and upon reaching certain milestones.
November 6th news release stated Crin by name and "awarded" but did not state about being awarded in accordance to "reaching specific milestones" from my recollection of reading it. As far as I am concerned the company should have already been awarded the full amount as if it is supposed to be advancing the tech and had already waited in such a long lag time already that doesn't make any sense that it would still have to whether the storm not having some chunks of it paid out if not the whole sum. The premise of that award is for the company to finish the testing cycle in which the heat has to go back on once the retooling is complete and most likely was projected had everything been running properly that March 31 2024 would have most likely been the end date but we are 15 plus months behind. Now to me it doesn't make any sense whatsoever if the whole thing was not awarded forget a chunk of it. This whole funding thing is silly if a there isn't some payout if not all which it really should be as far as I am concerned. Having said that axe is now either way most likely going to still need capital providing as we are talking about paying out the debt which is as part of directly related to the pilot and as to what the funding should allow for.
