Important Note to All Artis Investors: 700M+ In Asset Sales I noted last week Artis was putting ALL retail assets up for sale (excluding ~300K feet), not just 1M square feet. This sale along with the Avision Young news release further confirms my last post that Artis is listing for sale about 1.5M in retail square feet valued (including some office) at $700-750 Million.

The Western Investor Article excluded Sunridge Spectrum, Sunridge Pointe, Crowfoot Villate, and Crowfoot Corner from their news release. This adds up to 293,660 sq Feet in today's calgary release. It also did not mention Manitoba retail properties, which were just announced today.
Today's Release

Last Week's Release
"It does not include its four holdings in Calgary, including Crowfoot Corner, Crowfoot Village, Sunridge Pointe and Sunridge Spectrum, all located in Calgary."

A couple people argued incorrectly they are just selling 1M in retail, which by adding up the pieces, was as I noted was incorrect. Now hopefully they will understand the truth.
