Whitecap Resources Inc. is an oil-weighted growth company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. RE:Christmas WishI've also been buying on the dips. I don't think we'll see sub 9 again before 27th end of day.  Maybe later next week when shares trade ex-dividend. Personally I'd consider the $456 December dividend if bought by the 27th a good buffer against the typical post dividend price drop.

Personally I think there's greater likelihood of a pop in oil price over the weekend/Monday.  Seems negative world events of late always occur on weekends when markets are closed.  With this being a weekend heading into a major religious holiday, I think there's high probability for something of significance to occur in the middle east or possibly the US.
