HO HO HO MERRY XMAS!Samir may not be the fat man in red but he gave investors some unexpected gift with his 200m retail sale and more importantly optimism that the remaining retail will also be sold at a good price.  $6.55 is hardly anything to cheer though.  Seeing the NCIB be run next week on SEDI will also bode well.

I suspect that industrial is not being sold at all, as it would have likely done so already if they put it up for sale in August/Sept or possibly even OCT.

Hence when the reit becomes 60% industrial with much better balance sheet it could be back at $10 in a jiffy
