So they are issuing more shares

So they are issuing more sharesIf Ucore wants funds and wants revenue, then sell the Uranium property. It's as simple as that: sell the Uranium. Stop issuing warrants that purchase common shares, stop the private placements, and sell the Uranium property.

A geochemical and geotechnical survey/sampling of Ross-Adams was done in August, with results due now, in December. Pat already gave investors a press release signaling he was fielding interest in the Uranium property (https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/126852/Ucore-Comments-on-Uranium-and-Recent-External-Interest-in-Ucores-RossAdams-Uranium-Mine-Property).
And that was when Uranium's price was $49-- it has more than doubled since then!
(See: https://www.cameco.com/invest/markets/uranium-price)

We all know that this dilution is completely unnecessary. So sell the Uranium property.

P.S. I am so smart! I am so smart! S-M-R-T!

;)

P.P.S. Or maybe Pat is smarter than all of us, and suspects that the West plans to seize Russia's $300 B frozen assets to mark the 2nd anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine (February 2024) and he realizes that this will send the price of Uranium into the hundreds of dollars. And at such time, he will sell/lease the property to maximize the revenue-- locking in the highest prices possible.
Maybe so, maybe no. But the bottom line: Pip, Dragon, and Rapid want to hear about Uranium before we hear about any more issued shares.

Merry Christmas y'all!

;)
