Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where is our December Quarterly Dividend?The interest saving alone from paying down $650 million of TWM or Renewbles debt will be something in the order of $40 million plus which would cover 2 years worth of NCB  repurchases. They do  not need the dividend saving for this so something does not add up.
