RE:RE:RE:Gabriel ICSID extensionWe have been waiting ever since we won the arbitration over a year ago and we are just awaiting the amount of the award. There has to be more than the award amount holding it up. The arbitration board  is always hopeful for a negotiated settlement but without doubt EOM tried many times to reach a deal with Colombia but that was hopeless. I suppose there is potential for a third party to get involved, but how long will the ICSID wait?
