Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Recommendation

I am thinking of buying some Altagas. I have a very astute investor friend who thinks it is a great time to buy because it got beat up too much over the WGL acquisition, has a lot of upside and pays a nice dividend while you wait. What is your opinion?

We would agree. The yield is attractive, WGL is a decent acquisition and good growth is expected. (5iResearch)
