Why would they do that?
To distract, or redirect attention away from the salient part of the loan terms. That is, that the CEO has now got claims on the "moveable assets"-the patents-that they could be moved and sold to a bidder or moved to a new company

I ask you-what are the patents of all the technology worth?

If the market cap now is about 70 million -how much is that in the patents?
You know it's not the AR, buildings etc
