What the hell is that supposed to mean?

He goes on to say that "it's reasonable to suppose that the stock's more than 50 per cent decline year-over-year places it in undervalued territory".

Right, and Nortel was undervalued at $60.

He doesn't even know that percent is one word.

The guy's a charlatan.
