Manson has been looking at this deal since the Fiore takeover. He is not capable of building anything but his management as a man that can finance anything but ruin.
My opinion is they make a go of it and be taken out, another Co. The only upside here is the Au price increasing. Manson has been the biggest detriment to MOZ. For the post I am not about cheap takeovers, we all think we deserve more. There a few times it makes sence. Just look at the links in this deal with Manson and past deals, I vote No, it won't matter.
Moz and all it's potential going for sweet land deal. Bottom line someone will aquire MOZ ,CBX but to the two matter in the grand play.
I still Vote No on prinecipal. You may see green and move on?
