RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financial Reporting Excuses (something is seriously wrong)The buyers of the PP due diligence was a discount on the share price plus a full warrant.   They would not be given selective disclosure.  Assuming that the regulators launched some kind of investigation is hopium at best.  I'm not saying this is bad news , just keeping it real.   And lost credibility months ago?   Lol......years, and years ago.

On the other hand, if private placement funders did indeed do due diligence, and regulators met their responsibilities, then the panic I see here today really is overblown. Given the track record of this company's management, we don't have anything coming from inside to hang much hope on. They destroyed their own credibility months ago.
