JUST REMEMBER THIS

We are 0.40 shy of the SP when strategic review began at $7ish. 10 year bond yields are lower then they were Aug 2. The only thing thats changed is this disgusting REIT sentiment here that powell deliverved the big blow on sept 15 as the shorts framed his comments "higher for longer" and sent REITS realing, which most have rebounded, but for some reason cad reits are stilll limping.

Manji needs to show these dysfunctional public markets who is the boss and with his strategic committe and capital market specialists, get us a nice bump up over night
