Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Lol be nice.

i feel bad, people are looking at the financials perplexed by the shrinking numbers, when in reality all they have to do is convert the financials to a per unit basis using the ending units for balance sheet and average outstanding during the period for income statement periods... on a per unit basis, financials look clean considering the imminent dispositions that will flow directly to debt (per PR). Don't take my word for it, everything is disclosed and is at your fingertips anon. The picture is not as bleak if you wipe the mud from your glasses.
