Unfortunately I think it does make sense. It also explains why revenue is never going up to ginormous heights. The news release says it all. The demand isn't there. Their distributors can't sell the stock that they have and don't want anymore. The release makes it sound like they made the decision to withhold stock but I highly doubt that.
