So is SEA Electric actually a major competitor to EXRO?

This question makes no sense: WHY?

1rst)  In February 2021 SEA Electric & Exro strenghten partnership with strategy investment.
By investing USD 5 Million Exro became a new shareholder of SEA.
They are certainly to compete another!
