The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:RE:NCIBs running is an excellent barometerThat would be the most likely scenario. It would be extremely surprising to see a major event when we are on the cusp of interest rate cuts. It would be akin to quitting the race within the sight of the finish line. It would be unlikely.  I suspect there wil be opportunistic asset sales and significant improvement in AFFO with interest rate drops in H2. The entire sector will be recovering in 2024, with the most beaten down names like Artis and Dream showing the greatest movement.

The pace of recovery will not be altered by the volume of one particular poster on this site's incessant sharing of every single thought that comes in to his mind 20 times every day.
