Ironically, you could make a case that BPO Prefer shares

could be one of the "safest" prefers out there.

First BPO is responsible to pay BPO's Prefers.
Then BPY and related parties are responsible to pay BPO Prefers.
Then with BN taking BPY private, one may guess that BN now takes responsiblity also to pay BPO and BPY Prefers.

Maybe that's why BPY is Blackrocks #1 holding?

Don't know, just all my opinion/view/thinking/guessing
