Tax loss selling is over

Tax loss selling is overand the deep discount buyers are coming in.

Now we wait for an update on a sale/foreclosure of the 3 Pennsylvania/Virginia properties in question and any loan refinancing before March 31. With rate increases now off the table they should be able to get it done. The big play at these levels is capital appreciation with a possibly divy resumption as a bonus if rates do start getting slashed next year.
