Thank you for posting this....

So (as I understand it) Seabridge is going to have to cancel the permit for the entire MTT (as it involves TC) and repermit the MTT without the TC section. And, of course Tudor would block anything in the future that would sterilize our claim.

Now I understand why CSK has been rather distant.
