that explanation doesn't wash when the biggest thing on the early 2024 horizon for oncy failed to get even a mention in the conference call.

if oncy had no idea pancan was "backing out", it deserved some type of mention in the cc and if they did know then it also deserved some type of mention.

oncy had been 4th and goal for years and it needs to be moved into the end zone.
