The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. INSANE MAN

With the year over, Nasdaq up a whopping 43% and S & P 22%. To say REITS underperformed would be an understatement, we got taken to the cleaners with names down 20-50%! Brutal man. No way big money in sandpiper can be happy with a dividend and losing this amount of capital. Doesnt matter if they have a long term vision the opportunity cost this year suckered them net 50% of an index.
