INTERESTING ....I remember saying bout a year ago,
Agnico should invest in Timmin's area Nickel.
What-da-ya know....!
Agnico Eagle Mines Limited
announced today that it acquired 19,600,000 units ("Units") of Canada Nickel Company Inc. (TSXV: CNC) ("Canada Nickel") at a price of $1.18 per Unit for total consideration of approximately $23,128,000 from several sellers that acquired the Units in connection with an offering of flow-through Units by Canada Nickel (the "Share Purchases").

Question becomes....
Did Agnico takeover Anglo American's interest of cnc shares ?
Anglo American completes investment in Canada Nickel aggregate gross proceeds of C$26,154,294.71 at a price of C$1.95 for 12,569,235 common shares in the capital of Canada Nickel, and 952,623 Common Shares at C$1.77 per share.

Pretty close figures between Anglo + Agnico.
Which again begs the question...
If Anglo tightened their balance sheets, streamlined....
And the what if.... Anglo divested from cnc...
Who were those sellers ?
Could Anglo American be on the hunt for a different Canadian Nickel project ?
One with many more minerals to act the - derisk ?
Yukon style ?
That would be good.
Cheers....
