It takes many PPs and consolidations to reach their goal. Their business plan is not to make a profit, but to build their net worth insitu (in the ground) The pay off comes when they are bought out or taken over by a company that has the resources to extract the mineral for profit. It's rare but somstimes the exploration company makes the switch from exploration to a mining company. You seem to be confused or you're just a fearmonger.
