Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Fairly standard termination / dissolution / liquidation clause on page 9 of the prospectus. It's from 2012 and I haven't checked for amendments. I usually scan these on SEDAR before putting in a limit order. It's not as robust as a change of control clause - my bad.

But how did the "robust change of control" clause work out for Husky holders.... lol. (Hint - still holding loads of Husky/ cenovus preferreds)
