RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Warning to potential new investors I believe it is a fact that the debentures were converted but I don't know if we know exactly if or when they sold the stock. I think we are guessing here but a reasonable guess would be that much of it if not all was cashed out at levels they never imagined they would get so quickly pre-BioCloud. And I think it is reasonable to assume that in the early days of KNR bigger debenture holders knew Ghezzi personally and he kept the lines of communication with them unlike those with faceless common shareholders.
Just remind yourself of all the oddities of so many quarterly conference calls that would be done in less than 20 minutes with no genuine opportunity for shareholders to ask questions.
It is simple, confirmed by PG tweets IMO, that he simply "played" with communication to influence the share price. In a way, that is part of a job of any CEO but the difference is how you do it and he has more than pushed the ethical boundaries...at least...IMO. And I say so because I can piece together everything publicly said and what actually happened leading to my huge losses. A very reasonable fact backed description.
I presume the last BioCloud cheerleader, Yearning Yank has left this investment licking his wounds. He was cracking when the SP dipped below US$1. What is it now? 16 cents US? I am guessing he finally left in the 25 cent US range after finally accepting the reality.
Next on the agenda, get the Ortech deal closed and paint a picture of how great things will be focussing on monitoring solutions. It is what it is. At this point really not much downside....because of the very low share price.
