Todd MineralsYou might want to look at this:

https://redhawkmining.com.au/the-blacksmith-project/

Todd Minerals has a modest majority control of Red Hawk and has a farm-in agreement with another miner to develop a secondary iron site. Todd's interest in Red Hawk is worth 45-50 million $C.

Todd seems to be gobbling up NCF/Sisson, but maybe they will exchange some of their ownership for development funds from some partner. This would allow a hypothetical partner to enter or expand W/Mo production at a stage where exploration and regulatory business are more or less wrapped up.

Or they could sell their ownership of NCF/Sisson and use the funds to develop their iron business.

Notably, Todd originally had much greater ambitions, including owning an export port. These ambitious plans evolved into a a smaller plan but still much higher current value than NCF market cap.

Absolutely NO evidence for these scenarios, but something interesting might happen.

I doubt very much that Todd will (or even can) pony up all the development costs for Sisson and try to go it alone with effectively 100% ownership of Sisson. Too expensive. Too risky.
