RE:RE:This Quarter ODY pays us $1.05 million for BenchmarkThey have the option of expanding the upstream processing facilities so that Peranghi oxide ore can be processed along with fresh ore for the FP and diverted to the Selinsing oxide mill now on care and maintenance .
Its my view that spending $10 million for this option versus $35 million for a Biox conversion plant is a no brainer.
Remember, we have conducted a large multi pit bulk sample of Peranghi pits which resulted in very economic oxide gold grades, consistent with resource economic projections .
The Biox plant will not incresse production but replace cost of milling sulphide ore smelting costs with processing that oxide converted sulphide ore at the Selsing mill.
Lots of things happening in the background here that only Dato's superb project ROI will proceed with..
