Following that , half of TD's 80k of buys were also in that time slot - and 75% of the anonymous 44k or so of  buys were at that time as well. Even Crapaccord had almost half it's buys there though # was smaller 

market pick up was only in last 15 minutes

Not really a lot of $ involved but would suggest one buyer - you would think that if averaging down why not do it a week or so earlier when there was even more sell side volume
