Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Did we over shoot..........

Do we need to index the S&P to inflation to get the right picture? I thought the same last week, basically at the previous ATH but then I asked myself if we need to haircut the index by ~10% or to take into account inflation (inflation from dec 2021's ATH to dec 2023 is about 10%). Is S&P 5300 or so the new 4800?
