Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

There is no guarantee on price - ever.

I wouldn't convert warrants to shares and sell the shares for profit at $1.10.  It sounds like too much work and by the time I sold my thousands of shares, I may have pushed down the share price to a point where I'm losing money on the transaction.

Not enough buffer for me.

of course everyone will convert there warrants starting on the 16th just a simple call to there brooker. i doubt they will be selling right away but all those new shares being issued is dilution. it is possible we may get a bigger pop in the stock than what i think because in they first 2 days it is very likely only a small percentage of the warrants would have been converted. and if dan has some juicy news to release on the 18th we could have a few strong days before the stock becomes diluted.  so do you have a stock price # you would like to throw out lol.
