RE:RE:RE:National company "Ecominerales", a bill in makingCorrect RDP, if you recall, Canada supported Colombia's position during the arbitration where Colombia claimed they were protecting their precious paramo. It took the arbitration board to point out to Canada their position was in error according to international law. Canada would have thrown EOM under the bus except for the arbitration board. I am solidly behind the arbitration board to take the time and get it right.
