RE:How Apple ripped off Masimo

RE:How Apple ripped off MasimoMrmoribund, I don't know if you go back to the 2013 first Wilan-Apple trial in EDTX (I observed in the courtroom in Marshall TX during the trial).  In pre-trial motions, there was a tug of war on admissabity, with Apple fighting to exclude statements attributed to Steve Jobs that Apple was not adverse to taking others technology.  They were successful in not allowing such references at trial.

A 2010 article reports Steve Jobs spinning off from Picasso’s quote “Good artists copy, great artists steal” he continues, “We have always been shameless about stealing great ideas.”

What is surprising in the Masimo action is that the politicians appear to have come to Apple's rescue.

I'm so glad to be out of the IP monetization minefield and its politics.  Thank you Obama!
