A question for the gurus regarding stock accumulationIs it possible for one entity to accumulate shares across a multitude of accounts all in different legal names so that the cumulative of accumulated shares never exceeds the tipping point of 5% to report holdings within the the different legal names of accounts?
In banking terms, is it possible then to do a "sweep" of all the accounts, not consolidating cash into the major account, but doing a sweep of all the shares into one central account under a different legal name where as then the owner of the sweep account is required to report their stock holdings, now well over 5%?
Freightliner bank account, Chrysler Canada numerous bank accounts, etc subsidiaries, all "swept" into one account for overnight investing?
All accounts in different legal names being swept into one centralized account of a different legal name reflecting the parent account.
Can the same be done with shares that are merely a transformation product of cash?
Sometimes when a circle is so big and exists over a longer period of time we may have the tendency to perceive it differently, similar to ITG VIrtu Group working the shares for quite some time now. I merely ask...the actions of such do require a purpose.
Who is the parent yet to be announced?
Have a great day!
