Opus One Gold Corporation is a mining exploration company. It is focused on discovering gold and base metals deposits within strategically located properties in proven mining camps, close to existing mines in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, north-western Quebec and north-eastern Ontario. It holds assets in Val-d'Or and Matagami areas. It owns three properties along the Casa-Berardi-Douay-Cameron deformation corridors in northern Abitibi for a total of 285 claims covering 10,860 hectares (ha). It includes Noyell Project, Vezza Extension and Vezza North. Its projects include Fecteau, Courville, Wemindji and LaGrande. Courville Property is located in NTS 32C/06 in the Vallee-de-l’Or county municipality. Courville property consists of two distinct claim blocks. La Grande property is located within the La Grande lithium exploration district. La Grande property consists of three claim blocks covering an area of 1,541 ha. Wemindji property consists of one claim block covering 2,590 ha.
