Don't worry folks the sky isn't falling....

Don't worry folks the sky isn't falling....CEOs do come and go.  If the allegations are accurate, and why wouldn't they be, than for sure this guy has to go.  Ian Cockerill, who is now the CEO will provide a very steady hand, and perhaps at some point a new CEO will be found.
de Montessus always seemed to be 'ok' , but came across as a bit of a light weight. Not saying he wasn't competent, but now it is obvious he wasn't CEO material.  And the CEO is just one part, often mostly the face of the company, with the big decisions  being made by many.  In Endeavours case, La Mancha is a part of any of those.  And thinking back I really can't come up with any thing significant that Endeavour has done that I can dissagree with.

Best to treat this as a great buying opp, with the buying to be heavy tommorow as the news filters down that it was a personal problem, not a company one.  And that the company is now in very steady hands.  Approx a half of one percent of EDV shares on the TSX traded today, so most of us will just wait for the big bounce back.  And Endeavour will continue to move forward without any furthur drama.
