i will be emailing matt regarding this "conversation" with mccarthy and the inability to reach jon patten or have ANY operator answer a phone.
just saying something like "we are in negotiations and are not free to speak at this time" would be fine.
the "RECAP" said the following:
We continue to have active conversations with potential partners and work diligently with clinical collaborators, including Roche and Pfizer. We believe the positive, extended dataset, including continued and durable responses, survival results, and translational observations, will provide potential partners with a well-defined and unique target product profile that will add to our discussions."
reiterating that comment and saying we can not add anything else at this time would be understandable, but responses on the order of "your questions are irrelevant" or "why does this matter to you" are unacceptable.
